1. Analyze the spend and risks impact of direct materials, and supply source possibilities to define the most appropriate sourcing & procurement strategies for all material categories. 2. Manage the sourcing, identification, evaluation, negotiation and selection of suppliers for direct materials and indirect materials. 3. Draw up and implement supply contracts with selected suppliers upon commercial terms and conditions agreed by both parties. 4. Develop and manage the systems of Material Requirements Planning, supervise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders of all direct and indirect materials. 5. Define level of safety stock of direct materials, control inventory turnover. Support Warehouse to maintain accurate data of materials in stock, and ensure storage location and FIFO rule is well managed. 6. Assist to Logistics and Finance’s activities (vessel space booking, shipping schedule, import/export customs declaration & clearance, import duty and tax reimbursement). 11. Determine and control standard cost of direct materials, estimate the budget of purchasing activities and finished products’ cost in term of direct materials. 12. Manage the company’s supply portfolio while ensuring tendency of categories’ spending vs planned target. 13. Analyze and calculate the costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure thru localization, supply base rationalization, and value analysis implementation. 14. Perform cost and scenarios analysis, manage suppliers’ performance evaluation, contracts compliance, supply risk mitigation, and suppliers relationship development. 15. Establish KPIs, monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals.

Sourcing Engineer/ Procurement Executive/ Sourcing Supervisor

1. Source, evaluate, negotiate and select suppliers for direct materials and indirect materials. 2. Develop and implement temporary and permanent supply contracts with suppliers selected upon commercial terms and conditions agreed by both parties. 3. Be mainly responsible for generating properly and updating regularly Master Data (Basic Data, Purchasing & MRP Parameters) and Purchasing Data (Info Records, Source Lists & Quota Allocations) of all direct materials into SAP system. 4. Supervise periodically MRP running, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders of all direct materials. 5. Maintain inventory at the most optimal, define level of safety stock of materials required and liaise with suppliers to deal about stock of consignment. 6. Conduct supplier quality audit initially as well as periodically, monitor and record quality and purchasing indicators of supplied products for continuous improvement requests. 7. Contribute and initiate to solve problems related to costing issues in term of raw materials in SAP system and technical issues with regard to products supplied. 8. Evaluate and finalize the feasibility of new projects, manage the multi projects within deadline allocated. 9. Determine and control standard costs of direct materials, budget of purchasing activities, finished products’ prices in term of raw materials, cash flow of materials procurement and fixed assets’ investment (Mold). 10. Implement KPIs reports of purchasing efficiency, stock value & coverage level, products’ cost in term of materials, localization rate and supplier’s performance in term of on time delivery and payment term improvement.
